Description
During these 2.5 hrs, you will taste some ferments, learn about gut health and also make three recipes.
We start with a light lunch and healthy drinks, some breath work, and relaxation with essential oils.
Then we move on to making three recipes which will be confirmed before the workshop.
You will take them home with instructions on how to look after them.
Please bring some empty jars to take your ferments home.
